Tiny's Ultimate?!?

I have read somewhere here that the ultimate of tiny resets all cooldown?!? does that mean that u can combo with avalanche+toss+ultimate+avalanche+toss when you level up?!?
that is if you have enough mana...hahaha

This was fixed a long time ago. It no longer refreshes any skills.
