you haven't offended me.Thanks everyone but i'm not excaltly looking for items but thanks for the suggestions.So far agility is what to raise but what other stats should be raised besides his agility?

when the enemy mana drops to 0, chances are, he's regenerating the mana, so highly unlikely you'll get a frost attack on the enemy.

Well to maximize the stats I think
get him a

Skadi
Linken
Butterfly

if you have more gold then get him a
double Butterfly

I think this will be a good stat boost.

What I suggest is never get Manta at all, sure it helps you kill mid game but for Terror blade late game is all that matters so Skadi should be top priority. Plus the frost will never work on a hero if you buy manta since all heroes will regenerate mana.
