PLS HELP

I play with Traxex and I need help on choosing the items to buy.I start off saving emediately for Eye of Skadi, this helps alot in the finishing stages of the game, but I get creamed till I am about a level 21.My mates sits on 17 -22 hero kills and I sit on 5 - 9 sometimes.CAN ANYBODY HELP WITH A ITEM BUILD FOR TRAXEX that is not in the strategies.I have tried them all, It does not make me the ULTIMATE!!!!

Why Skadi? It removes the point of Frost Arrows

why put eye of skadi if you already have frost arrows? i think you should focus more on damaging items
