Nope. It works whatever your conditions are...
And to give radiance to invisible heroes, must be considered very wisely..........

some enemies dont notice it lol ive had sa with radiance and i killed some1 cos he wasnt paying attention..it took him like 3 minutes 2 notice immo then run back lol

radiance effects anytime, even if you are hexed, voodooed, euled(not sure about euls)

the effect of radiance is not being tolerated when you are being euled

to the one who post this

it is very useful but suicidal to use the radiance if you have have invisibility but this is a very good weapon of mass destruction to any invisible heroes

Radiance, they know you're there, but if they try to look for you, they're gonna get wasted...So they either get outta there or they get assassinated...

Btw, u guys know the new function of the Ring of Basilius right? You can now switch the aura of the RoB from all allies to heroes only, so that the aura doesn't appear on creeps. Simply click on the item in the inventory. Hehe, my friends were so confused when I found out about this...

Nah.You stay invisible.Radiance deals damage even you're hexed etc.
