Mekans + Robe of magi + belt of giant strength + boots of elvenskin + recipe (1350)

Can be Upgrade to 3 times
1st time
effect: + 10 str
+ 10 agi
+ 10 int
Hit point regeneration : 4/ second
heals 300 hp +10 armor when activated 600 AOE,5 second armor duration,cooldown 50
Immolation (like radiance but not damage hitpoint,it is damaging mana/ second) 10 mana / second

2nd time
effect +15 str
+15 agi
+15 int
Hit point regen : 7.5 hp/second
Heals 350 hp + 10 armor 600 AOE, 7 second duration armor,cooldown 40 sec
Immolation 15 mana/second

3rd time
effect +20str
+20agi
+20int
hp regen 10 hp/second
heals 400hp + 10armor 600 AOE,10 second duration armor , cooldown 30 sec
Immolation 20 mana/second



I want this kind of item in DotA

COOL! I like this item! Increase the mana burn though.. like 10/15/20. *shrug*
