I think is quite expensive

effects
+ 20 str
+ 20 agi
+ 15 % movement speed
+ 15 % chance to maim
+ 70 damage
+ 70 % attack speed
Passive
10 % chance to instant kill creeps and get bonus 20 gold
active
Berserk
110 mana cost 100 sec cool down
make the hero berserk for 10 seconds
+ 20 % damage
+ 85 % attack speed
+ 200 hp
spell resistence

Comment please?
tell me if the item is too imba

Berserk is too powerful.
Needs BIG TIME nerf. Esp. the magic immunity.. 20 seconds?!

Berserk still needs a nerf.
Remove magic immunity.. You can replace it with magic resistance f you still want the skill to have magic protection. 20% is enough.

Berserk nerfed from magic immune to magic resist, i think 25 % for the spell resistence
I've also nerfed the hp bonus, attack speed bonus , attack bonus.
