Spells icons???

I can't open the spells icons at the My Strategies,so I can't insert the icons.Can you fix it. Guilty

Well,when I click the hero and item icons button,the window with icons opens and I can easyly drag the icons to my strat.But when I click on the spells button,nothin happens!
