Bloodstone vs. Scepter

What iis beter for an INT hero whose ultimate DOES NOT get improved by scepter: Bloodstone or scepter? Or neither?

It always depends on the situation, if that hero of yours can consistently kill and regeneration is important to him get bloodstone.
If you are experiencing hp or mana problems or you wan to boost up ur pathetic dmg, get an aghanium

Depends. Silencer and Harbringer, aghanim. Other non improved ultimate int hero, bloodstone.

i say bloodstone...it gives what you need hp,mp,hp regen and mana regen

Few heroes can benefit from aganhims scepter. The rest that are not covered by the boost up factor of aghanim can use bloodstone. Redemption is cool..

I'll go for bloodstone = huge mana and hp regen gives 450 hp and 400 mana

So bloodstone is good for medusa coz it will give her huge mana pool thus her manashield will benifit from it..

i dont like to upgrade to bloodstone. i just leave it at soul booster, unless i am going to make scepter. so neither unless its for like od.
