THATS equal to an EXPENSIVE skill or like buying hyperstone , WAIT hyperstone to this guy will be 170% and treads will be about 50% movement some one use this guy and write a guide :p

guys. try maelstrom,treads, midas, quarterstaff on this guy. this is really cool. if you want to kill. lothars will do. switch to melee first, then lothars to you enemy, after the first hit, rampage. he'll never know what hit him.

fastest atk speed in DoTA!Equip this hero wtih 2 cranium basher and maelstrom is a must (don't forget hyperstone)

I use S&Y, Hyperstone, 2 Bashers, Treads, and MKB.. unstoppable.

NightStalker's ulti combo is like this ones ulti combo.

Nightstalker has nothing on troll.. troll can kill pretty much any hero 1v1. Actually changed my setup a bit today. Went treads, sny, 2 bashers, mkb, and butterfly and was destroying.

just get a couple hyperstones and bashers and with rampage u will be unstoppable

this hero i must say is my fave..
try using diffrnt builds dpending on ur game style.

you can either use a maelstorm with buriza for range and massive pushing ability..

or try adding a maelstorm to the 2 bashers it does work and its cool.. chek it for urself..

the hotkey is "G" so just keep a finger on tht, go atk a hero who is by themselves BAM BAM BAM then when they run press "G" and watch them fall

bone klinkz will own against this hero, both with decent builds. blink will screw up klinkz though, but with strafe activated, the damage dealt would be the same as a regular attack

Clinkz aganist a perma basher is kinda hard to call. the only way to see it to actually do the battle. Go go go! Also, I think that Leoric with a pair of bashers would take down the troll. Stunned before the attacking started. >:)

at level 25 with fair amount of items ive pwnd magina, ursa, faceless void and balanar on 1on1 games with jahrakal. centaur is nothing. if he wears two blade mails, just dont activate melee. its still almost permabash. my items at level 25 is treads, lothars, 2 bashers, cuirass and if its a really long game, mjollnir or satanic or tarrasque depending on the situation. lothars is a must for hero killing and escaping and adds decent damage ang aspd. troll has slow movespeed and can be seen a mile away, easy escape for most enemies and is easily trapped as well. my problem with troll, he's basically useless until he gets lothars and a basher.

btw, ive not faced clinkz 1on1 so i cant comment who pwns who.

Ultimate permabash build in order is: treads, vlad's, basher, basher, butterfly, satanic. Now there will be people saying YOU CAN'T GET THAT MUCH MONEY! But the truth is, as long as I don't get pawned a couple times early, I regularly get this build, completing the satanic maybe half the time before the game finishes. You will be able to take on two at a time easy. If they have stunners, then get a BKB after the bashers before the butterfly.

Oh and for the noobs that build only works when you turn on berserker rage. Good luck!

Ahmm, get Kelens for backstabbing and escaping... Definitely, a must have for troll...

blind should be the first skill u get then fervor for early game. rampage and berserkers rage is a mid/late game skill for hero killin. (does blind effect skills of enemy heroes as well? with miss chance?)

I'm a big fan of lothars instead of the dagger.WW gives you the ability to close on people before they even know you're there, very useful for lone casters and the like, while also giving you [admittedly miniscule] extra damage.

The mana cost can be problematic, however..

But it would be easily countered by a gem... Nothing can counter blink that's why I prefer Kelen's

u can use blink daggers if ur binded as well, not faceless voids ulti, but like furion and treant. lothars does give movement speed, invis and more damage though~

While lothars can easily be countered by a gem, gems can often be temporary AND it would be an unusual game indeed for someone to specifically waste an item slot countering warlord's invis :)

Butterfly would be great on him. 2 bashers since 3 dont stack asault / hyperstone is good and MoM and hes better off with treads. a strategy i used oce it got me a dominating streak was use MoM and Fervor as a ranged character they turn to run and ur attking so fast ur bound to stun him so when u do use blink dagger, turn melee and take him out. it worked fine till thy caught on to my strategy =(.

1 Cranium basher is all you need for permabash. With naturally high ASPD and berserkers rage activated, you will gain a 32.5% of a bash each strike (he does about two strikes per second), with ulti activated (he will do like five strikes per second) you need to be incredibly unlucky not to be able to bash.

My items satanic 1 basher butterfly assult and critical strike>I have the cash for this build! OMG. Its toatl own. Troll is too fast and too strong. Think its really shit cause if you dont play with pros he owns too much and if he gets feeded, but troll with my build and I think in almost any build can be killed by int heroes mostly, if int is played well. But in 1 vs 1 you most get a lothar and you will win..

For xxxxxxxx: nice build ^^. Only thing u should change in my opinion is buy helm of dominator in early game and later (your 6) item) buy satanic instead of HOT. buriza is good for 5) item. With ulti he strikes about 3 times per sec so 1 basher wouldn't be enough for clear stunlock.

Strategy is that first I use Blind;
then Manta style in Ranged form and
then go Melee form and unleash the ultimate.
If enemy escapes stun ur images go all critical ranged ;also u can go ranged at

One word: Scary

AoE stands for Area of Effect. For instance, when you use an AoE effect spell when you click the spell button you will be presented with a big symbol that you can move on your screen. When the spell is casted, the enemys in that circle AREA will be affected, once or over time depending upon the spell.

cmon people don't be to hard on this hero. Every hero in has it's own weakness. Anyway has anyone tried 2 bashers a manta and a blink dagger w/ this one. Blink at the back of the enemy then activate manta. your enemy will have a hard time guessing whose the real troll. you don't have to activate rampage since there are 3 of you striking the enemy.

Ha. Can own this hero with Lycanthrope on any given day(of course with some fair item build). 2 woves each with bash and give Lycanthrope a basher and this guy is done although blind makes it difficult i always get butterfly late game for evasion.

When I used this hero with 2 bashers a MKB and a lvl4 berserkers rage my opponent didn't had a chance to move because of all the stunning combined with rampage

The best way to keep farming safely.
SPAM BLIND, throw one axe, back up, get last hits/denies and repeat. Your opponent MUST BE ALWAYS blind if you really want to get those 2 bashers.
This is proved.
Late game is easy 1vs1 and with only PT and 2 bashers you can own almost all heroes. For 2vs1 you'll definitely need satanic.
That's it : PT, 2 bashers, satanic.
Still, you'll have to rely on your team skills at DotA to win a game.

Ah yes, I forgot, the dagger is just a need. Lothars effect on ms is too weak.
All of the above is a good build as many builds posted on this website are pretty much expensive (way too much imo) and can work with almost any hero (cmon : battlefury/butterfly/buriza/manta HOW are you supposed to get all that

With Guinso you will turn him into sheep and then you either attack, or escape-simple as that

Well Jah'rakal and Naix both are fast attackers early game.
But Jah'rakal is better late-game due to the blind+Butterfly evasion that totally leaves Naix unable to use his Feast skill.
Moreover the Bash and critical hit/MkB
bonus damage +SangeYasha Maim send finishes him nicely.
Beware this is possible only when he's not Avatar.

This guy easily takes out heroes with low hp
fast and deadly.

I think there are two possible builds for him.
One would be a double basher and the other would be a stygian desolator+buriza+monkey king bar.


I was thinking of combining those two into one super Jah'rakal.

get power threads,butterfly,satanic,buriza,and two hypers or if u want give up 1 for aegis^^ull be beyond GODLIKE!!!(trust me i got 2 double-kills 2day in a pub game^^)...

and I don't use berserker rage, the range gives me the skadi-mjollnir combo that is ever so deadly!

They should give Troll Avatar, then he will truly be GOD.
But theres are heros that can counter him. Like if you try to attack Tiny with troll, you'd probably permastun yourself.
And Medusa's purge + mana shield can probably tank troll if she has a good build.
Remember troll is a terrible farmer and he sucks if he doesnt get to late game.

At level 11 you'll have 6 levels of stats and 4 wraith bands (+24 str, +36 agi, +24 int), total str: 63, total agi: 84.

Thats 110 dmg at 180% IAS (w/ ult). 1347 HP to tank.

Why no blind? Blind doesnt do anything against nukers which you fear, and really blind isn't that useful until you have some HP, and until midgame.

Why no rage? The problem with rage is you have to be in melee range, which means you are going to get owned unless its 1on1. Permabash is overrated. Stats are more useful!

to rain9441 yeah ur right perma bash is overated atleast in the early part of d game... i think ur post of skill is good since it focses on getting cheap items that delivers result though 1.3k life by mid game will still be to thin... especially when you get gb'd... rage+ulti+treads amounts to additional running and damaging power... f u use a basher+life steal item+blind u can tackle even 3 heroes at d same time taht is if they are not mainly nukers and stunners... i've seen it and done it... though i still believe that your post is good since its realistic even 4 a beginner and u can play it good when u get used 2 it... all in all its still how u use ur character not what u equip it with, its jaz preference... more power to dotrategy and kip dota alive!!!^_^

Yah! you all right this hero is GODlike with a balance item equipped to this hero. I play DOta Allstars 6.43 AI and i use this hero it can kill both 2 enemy hero(insane) in just 12secs.

Basher is a waste of money on this guy!It is best to get butterfly as his first skill gives him 10% chance to bash for TWO seconds(twice as much as basher).however the chance is too low, so its better to buy attack speed items like butterfly for him to activate his own bash more often.

troll's blind is hell, giving you 42% chance of missing on him, adding the 30% evasion of the butterfly plus the 8% evasion of the radiance. These 3 combos would give troll 80% evasion... see if you can hit him..

This guy become more imba after 6.50. His movement speed almost 522 in Berserker rage and u have Bot, SnY + Rampage. Rampage now only have 55 sec cool down.

the chance of missing a bash is .9 x .75
so the chance of bashing is about 20-25. 2 basher is necessary for permabash. and of course hyperstone. MKB and Mjo... for damage. Lothars and linken for defense.

If you use Lothars (which I prefer) make sure you switch to melee and activate rampage before you hit lothar.... either of those knock you out of inviso. Rampage is plenty long and the CD is moderate.

Rhasta is good the blind is useless cause he won't really need to atk coz the wards can do the attacks so when it's a 1v1 with Rhasta ur dead meat

Final conclusion, this hero is hands down more dominant than pretty much any other one, and it allows you some early game dominance with his range switching. Just a suggestion. Build Linken's sphere first if you want to score a quick kill on a nuker at level 7-9 but once you have farmed enough for a second Ultimate Orb. Deconstruct the Linken to get your first Orb back to build Skadi as it's more crucial for the later levels and you still end up with Perserverance. You can choose to rebuild Linken after EOS but I normally go for a hyperstone at this point : >

Ok lets see...from a valid point of view
At lv25 he atks once evry 0.82 secs for 124-142 dmg and has 46% dmg reduction with 1841 hp(2687 hp in sum ways wit dmg reduction,and 3816hp from non spell,non armour cuting based dmg frm 1 hero (cus of 8 sec "blind" cool down)in sum ways wen u aply the 42%chance of them missing although this is not 100% acurate & aplys in 1v1 situations with no spel dmg Eg against straight foward melee heroes).

So realy judge ur build on situation, and pic ur batles

*while his ult is active he has 227% IAS which means he actually actacks once every 0.52 secs for 124-142.

So ok...nows the items.
Power treads,i think these are great on him. They add 40% atk spd and ten dmg which is good for perma bash without those redicilously priced bashers.Also wen cmbned with ur ult ms buf becum evn btr and strt 2 catch up with bot ms.& they only cost 1850 which is great especialy early game where they make a huge difference in dmg:atk spd and farming(last hit adv).

MOM...good 4 perma bash though in team games(where you actually use real teamwork and comunication)mom isnt so good because 1v1's happen less and zuse ect if ready on opp team do even more dmg cus of the incrs in dmg taken.It also applies with ganks, u activate it someone comes out and suddenly u take alot more dmg.Also atk spd stacks with deminishing returns and with ur already hight atk spd they become even worse.1v1 sits in casual games sure cus of da perma bash but in real games no thanks.

S&Y...not worth it in some ways*.ya dont need the health teribly, dmg vs price its not awsome although with ur intense atkspd the maim plus stun may synergise well,though personaly not 4 me.

Satanic...no thanks.theirs cheaper items that'll do an agl heroe alot btr(for money) and with the reasonably high health its a bit accesive for money,again in a team game with tw u want sumtin like vlads for the aura otherwise helm for life gain.

Buterfly...well...in games where people deny alot bf is rather expensive and its build up untill it completion wont complement troll alot.Its a rather hard item to get in a hard game untill real late.Also the evade only comes in handy during ganks because u should be 1 on 1ing melees with ur vlad or helm.If theres heaps og nukers it may help seeing blind wont do alot on the otherhand...so again situational,do u really need the evasion?im not saying its good or bad the more i think about...?hmmm.

10% chance of stun is not very high, despite how fast troll can attack. Especially when you are trying to kill somebody who has BoT. I like my 70% of stun much better.

Troll with no basher totally cannot own and permabash the enemy, even with butterfly, becos 10% bash is too low no matter high fast you attack. You can try it in AI mode. I would suggest 2 bashers, easy to farm than butterfly even people say you're noob, just let it be...if you're touched by him with 2 basher items and rampage..only God can save you...even you want to WW or dagger oso cannot move...

Hey oh Troll warlord users. Basher is totally useless in my point of view. Troll already have bash which is 2 secs , basher's is 1.1 secs. You are like canceling out the stun everytime.

Ok, just came from an apem pro game, went 20-1-10. YOU WILL NEED BASHERS. His passive 10% is way too low. 20-30% are much better especially when you have AC and Butter. The reason why I prefer hood of dominator more than MoM or Vlad is because you can upgrade it to satanic which you'll need in later game especially if they have a nuker or a disabler. As far as Vlad goes, first of all, it's melee only, and second of all, it only increases your BASE damage, not your total damage.

At this point, you can go out and rape anyone 1v1. Getting ranged lifesteal is a complete waste because you only use melee when hero killing, and with S&Y you become faster than most, and also have ranged maim.
If you feel weak, get Butterfly. If you just want even more damage, get Crystalys. As usual, BKB is also a good mid-item making you unstoppable.

As for skills, I usually max out Rage asap for farming, and Fervor too. Blind harrassing is overestimated, but it's a priceless skill end-game, meaning you can kill two people in a row without dying. If you're up against many nukers, go with attributes instead.

This guy is an unbelievable killing machine unless stopped early game. Just make sure you stay alive to get S&Y and Vladi.
