Gush- Sooo awesome cause it reduces armour so wackem a few times and they're hurtin!
Kraken and Anchor...i love both, Kraken is sick cause it gets u out of yules, ginsoos, entaglements, knocks off doom and battle hunger, and anchor pwnage...so amazing, so much damage, owns all.
Ravage-dont start a clusterf@#k 5v5 lane battle with this move, scope out the bitches... move close to who u want dead and BOOM!! attack..then gush...ownage

his my fav character i play him in an diff. way i get refresher for ravage

graetfor team work and farming,but auful for 1vs1 real pig that should take the damage

Can someone explain to me KRAKEN SHELL Reduce dmg by 5 or 5%

kraken shell reduce the damage by 5 not 5%. if its 5% then it really be a pain to S'ven. Right???

if u want really high in def pick atropos enfeeble skill 80% dmg reduction

this guy is my uber tank. Give him some blade mails, a vanguard, a HoT, mabye even a radiance. and he becomes very, very hard to hurt.

How is that good? The spinning effect from battle fury is only an animation, it doesn't cause anchor smash to proc every attack.

This hero is simply amazing
he just need 2 buy Vanguard plus Battle fury plus heart, heart and Finally Radiance and butter fly..

I use tidehunter a lot and vanguard is always my first item.Kraken shell and vanguard= no dmg by sentinal or scourge units and with anchor smash ez farming. One thing im wondering though. i got battle fury one time and it changes his attack to a spin attack everytime. I think BF cancels his anchor smash so i never got it ever again.

From what I have been able to tell, battle fury changes the attack graffic, but also increases the chance of getting an anchorsmash. This seems to happen because each target you hit with the cleave from fury gives you a chance at an anchor. So if you are hitting 4 creeps you almost always smash, where as one creep gives the normal chance even though you will still spin. This is just personal observations and I have no real data to back it up.

what about a battle fury, linkens sphere(you'll probably never had a negative spell on you)S and Y,treads,hot,and cuirass

Y S%Y on Levi?? Get Battle Fury, Kelens, Radiance and HoT... Get EoS if you want... He;s a FARMING MONSTER.

This is 1vs1 hero.

S&Y isn't a bad move early since levi is somewhat short on health for a strenght hero. In addition the attack and movement speed help alot with anchor and his slow movement in general.
The maim is a great combo with gush as well. If you are against stunners you will do alot better with more strength early.

Great with Ias items , when you anchor smash doesnt deal enough damage , consider buying a Battle Fury, But until then this is my build vanguard , treads , bracers (depends who you are facing), and assault cuirass (this item sinergises perfect with levi's skills; ias for anchor smash , and -5 armour aura with stacks with Gush).

If you max out Kraken shell in a EM game the creeps dont even hurt you.. perfect guy for farming them.

most of the time i used battlefury to this hero cause of hes size.The bigger the hero the larger the AoE of hes cleaving attack so most of the times i get the kill.

damm cool tanker n stunner...with proper item such battle fury,HoT,MoM for attack speed or MKB or Buriza and of coz blink dagger...triple kill will be in your finger tips!!!freakin cool dude...diz hero always be attaker n in the same time of coz a tanker...if u good at handlng diz hero, 1 v 2 fight u will sure win with a great timing..then what u guyz waiting 4...get diz hero n item then enjoy DOUBLE KILL or maybe TRIPLE KILL sound gud luck

Why is it that Axe's Battle hunger did not go away (i had lvl 4 kraken). He did this to me 3 different times and it lasted much longer than 8 seconds.

Why did I say EoS works? I've never seen it, what do I know? Every time I've tried to get Tide EoS the game ends before I can get it. And we've won.

i think this hero should get a blade mail which helps a lot when farming. Kraken shell lvl 4 and u get can get no damage from the treants or ghouls.

Dude, you only need a hyperstone to give his attack speed high.You build that you first of all get 2 bracers, then hyperstone, the battlefury.Then you dont need pretty much more for your damage.But you need to survive, so just max out your other slots with Heart of Tarrasque.You dont need any slow orb effect cus you already got Gush, and you dont need any life steal cus of all the hearts you have.If the enemy is a wind walker then simply get his life low and use Ravange when he turns on wind walk.

This dude is one the best tanks in dota. He can own dps heroes like Doombringer, Venomancer, Rhasta, etc....

Vanguard : 65% BLOCKS 35 dmg
Kraken Shell : REDUCES 28 dmg

those are totally different!!! so with Vanguard he get 65% reduces 61 dmg!!!

Battle Fury is not permanent Anchor Smash, but hey, who knows the real Anchor Smash? some how it's look like critical isn't it?

his ulti isnt brilliant for 1v1, but if you're playing 2v1 you can buy a refresher for it and do some serious hurting. Awesome tanking, and ravage shines in 5v5

Axe can face him with skill 3 upgraded then kill with ulti or if in early game with battle hunger if he tries t run see him get owned. Axe can do that.

who is best to counter this character???

one of my fav heroes..but i play a lil different...i dont like battlefury.. i get powertreads..arcane...sange and yasha...heart( mid or end of mid game)..assault then refresher or refresher then assault(late game)...if the game still going get another heart..i do pretty well wit this...seems like lot of money...but if u farm wellhttp://www.dotastrategy.com/images/smileys/biggrin.gif

get the armlet..although it does 30dmg/sec..it gives you unholy str and also gives you more attk speed :D

get some hp regen stuff and get it to 5-10 regen/sec and towers barely hurt you (kraken shell at max)

I love the stun, great ultimate for ganks, not a fan of the hero though.

Does Anchor smash stack withh tidehunter's damage. so say his damage is 85-93, will his damage be 85-93 + 200 (anchor smash lvl 4) because battlefury, all of tidehunters attacks become anchor smash.. so iwas wondering,,

I get Stygian Desolater and Battlefury on him with Power Treads: Strength!! It owns because first you ult if there are creeps or 2 heroes. Then you go up to one hero and Gush and then beat on that hero! Soon they'll be dead and the gold is for you!!

when level 10 this guy has like 1.1k hp wtf...

tidehunter imo is more suited to be an early game hero.
He do well late game as a tank and aoe stunner thats all. However early game he owns with his combo of gush and stun. I had a game with these int heros.

Opponent have lina/sf/zeus/lanaya/sb
all heros except sb is low in hp they can't reach 1k hp even if they are lvl 10 >< we we push mid tower early and they were foolish to engage us :D using my aoe stun they becase left with 1/2 hp and we killed them all.

the first time i use this hero.. i find it really cool... i first blood my friend hero by sneeking into the trees were just lv 1 and i use the Gush.. and pound him until he died.. heheh
