Zhaos Bomb (s)

i think Zhaos Bomb is somehow not a good skill.
1) the bomb explodes when the target moved for example 400 units. But on the other hand it also gets slowed...
2) 250 at lvl 4 is not enough dmg
3) cooldown of 20 seconds is too high

cool hero,
try to make the 1st skill 0sec cd.
and change strength to +procentage
otherwise i like it

too similar to other heroes otherwise
Charge = Charge of Darkness ?
Ulti = Meat Hook + Rupture + Shadow Strike?!?

U have a typo at lvl 2 of your fist skill ;) it should be 20% aspd not 220& XD i think this is a very innovative ultimate (I like pudges hook and bloodseekers rupture so...) 10/10!

ulti is kinda confusing but from what i can read the slow never takes effect if the unit is outside the 400 range, doesnt really make sense.

Darth Vader is here... maybe you should put some force powers like a channeling force lightening, a channelling choke , a push and an ultimate

dmg on charge is a bit high. late game you could be doing 400 dmg with a stun. i think nerf the multiplier to 4 or 3 maybe.

Level 2 - Fortify gives him 4 armour, Super Strenght gives him 6 bonus strenght, Warp gives him 220% ASPD and Super Speed gives him 10% MS.

ok this hero is weird but i like him, but what i really want to say is strength is spelled strength not strenght

I like the idea behind it but his skills are just too much like other heroes':
Zhaos Bomb - Dream Coil
Charge - SB's charge + a knock back
Zhaos Launcher - Meat Hook + Rupture + Shadow Strike (as mentioned before)

The only unique one is Toggle Armor and even that seems like the idea was born of Morphling's Morph ability.

faerie wave is like lina her flames + a blink. Her stun is like any other stun. Her ulti is like finger of dead .
You cannot make super new abilities. In the end they'll all look as a combination of others.
For the maker of this hero. Nice input. keep up the good work !

for my opinion,, i think that this hero should be an int hero... there are lots of spell combinations... and i think its toggle suit mode are making the item build of this hero messy, because we should buy multiple items for dis hero, so i think u should include the item builds for dis hero... but anyway,, its quite good and balanced...

look, I really really really hate this hero, and It's not suited for dota games, (space.. sight!) I couldn't bring myself to read all the skills and twist it in my head and see if it's good or not, and it's too much depending on *5 and /3 and % and such. I really hate it and I wouldn't rate it to not be unfair with you, cz I didn't really give it a try, I couldn't.

Actually toggle armor is more similar to Invoker's Quas, Wex, and Exort skills.
But creative moves nonetheless with Zhaos and white sticky stuff and whatnot.

a question bout dota heroes:
what is attack speed?
is 1.7 attack speed faster than 1.5 attack speed or slower.

I think this hero is very good, his bomb might need to be buffed (for example, slow 5%/15%/20%/30% and keep the damage the same, ro you could increase the damage.) The think i dont like/understand is the Ult, I think maybe the Ult and Suitmode should change spots with bigger Suitmode buffs, and a weaker Zhaos launcher. Also, the bombs explosion should look like alchys spray but white (just and idea) but hes balanced if not weak, good job. 9/10

Sorry for double post, but i also think he should be a strength hero, because hes buff and hes got a better stat gain to strength, also stat gain is a little poor.

Tinker plays with technology, no1 stops him O_O, there is a story behind this hero.

Tinker's story makes sense tho.. Goblins were always advanced. Lich King sending guys into space? highly dislike the idea..
Skills:
1)I like the toggle suit
2)Basic slow, but only deals half decent dmg if they try to run? not my favourite
3)Really useless skill if youre facing somebody who's any good, theres juke paths everywhere on the map.
4) Ulti is kinda confusing due to the wording but, from what I gather I like it.

This hero is cool and have confusing skill. About the story in space, is it space like outer space or space like another space, just asking

you have great imaginazion but your ulti is very confusing when I read your ulti I had a headache 1st 2nd 3rd skills are very good especialy 2nd but at ulti very confusing
