All three of your skills can be placed on enemies at the same time, meaning at least 300 damage. Does this work if they're say.. stunned from impale and still under that effect, even though the spell isn't on going? Before the idea was approved I talked it over with some of my friends and they are in agreement with you on the issue of his ultimate. Now I really do not want to put a cap on it, mainly because of the people you see getting fed off of, no offense, noobs. I think instead of creating a cap, I will increase the damage slightly and only have the ultimate count his skills on the target hero, yes that will include items he has. Although that takes away from the team aspect of the character. The second option is to put a damage cap on the ability. Please let me know which one idea you vote for, right now I am leaning towards a damage cap at 1250. Good team player and his ult cancels out those crazy bastards that get fed by a noob player on your team or the jackass who jacked all the leaver items, got crazy strong, and is now picking off your allies who have low HP. The only problem is that by late game, alot of people will have plenty of kills on thier belts so the ult could become stronger than Lina's Lugana Blade which should never happen.

However, I would cut the part where Verdict lasts longer when the enemy is affected by guilty light. 6 seconds of just moving is too much IMO. The aura regen is IMBA early, the 6 second disable is IMBA all game, and the ulti is just plain overpowered in a 4v4 game.
