Cranium Basher

its good for permabash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!lol

Good for fast attacking agility heroes, mostly for melee. Combos with passive ability bashes such as troll warlords.

This is a very noob question . What exactly is permabash?

i like to stun~ especially if u can do area damage too!

lol anyway...i don't think it is nice...you can buy other stuff for its price that will help you a lot more..

permabash is basically keeping someone bashed lol. either u have more than one bash item/ability to trigger or u have one and raise attack speed to the point where its always going off.

This can be awesome with Phantom Lancer late game. U can get serious perma bash. That with Radiance means awesome dmg.

2 Of them on Troll is unstoppable, you can win pretty much any 1v1 fight.

2 basher calculation : 15% + (85% x 15%) = 27.75% ... so it is not exactly 30%

buy a butterfly. increases ur attack speed givin u a greater chance to bash

@ asmodean: I dont understand the part about the B-Fury, i thought that the cleaving effect wouldn't work with Razor since he is ranged

the bashing does stack but only a maximum of 2 bashers will stack in adition to the bash skill if u have it already.... i want to know if this will stack with critical strike (buriza crysatalis) or is it an orb effect o btw u cant permabash w/o this item

It does stack with itself. And i believe it does stack with bashing abilies from a char (Bara, Troll Warlond... whatever)

ya i heard of that and i do believe thats how it works... as far as how it adds all in with char abilies im not too sure, but if u play with Bara his bashing/push back abilies does go off.

25% chance is not that high to effectively perma bash IMO. get another basher, or 2 if ya feel like it and M.o.M THEN watch the stuns just go.

buyin 2 bashers on a hero which doesnt hav natural bash = 28.5%. three bashers would be 39.675%

faceless with one basher = 36.25%. with two would be 45.8125%.

36.25% is already good enough for bash, thats a 1 in 3 chance of gettin a bash without payin extra for anotha basher.

SpiritBreaker's bash will overwrite cranium basher, thats why its called "greater bash"

no, images cannot score bashes, only your orignal hero can. when the images get a 'bash,' there's only an animation of the swirly things around the bashed victim, but they are not actually stunned. i've heard that images prolong the stun of your hero's bash though... not sure if this is true.

Well, PL can permabash with 1 cranium basher (look at a basher PL strategy guide).
And i dun think karadel headshot counts as a bash thingy, it is more closer to MKB den basher. If it does stacks and diminish den his headshot would be like 46% to occur?

It should be given to as some1 had mentioned HAS meelee heros (high ASPD), or heros that can turn meelee and range (u noe who i 'm refering), and without a natural bashing skill, like troll. Although i admint that i own using him with 2 basher

@flamedevilpj: why gettin basher for mortred? there are so many good items for her, but cranium basher is just waste of item-slots.if u want to own with her ulti, get more attackspeed!

people get cranium basher for her because if they cant run out of attack range, they will score more criticals while not takn much damage, even though she has 28% evasion

I think someone should create an item that has a %chance to dodge/reflect bash. Dodge might be boring because you can get butterfly to do that, but maybe an item that reflects it....or something, i dunno someone else think harder about this to make it happen

dont get MKB with Basher, choose one or the other.

this stun is pointless as a stun. it stops channeling spells.
it cancels ur permabash.
u get luckily ur stun for 1.1 seconds and then you attack again and cancel ur stun because of MKB´s 30% chance to stun for 0.000000000000000001 seconds!

give this item only to heroes with a natural bash and high aspd. magina is a possible exception. otherwise, its a waste of money: expensive item with mediocre dmg and a bash that MIGHT proc for 1 second. you're better of with straight dmg items unless you have a bash that will stack. and dont buy two. buy MOM.

Butterfly gives evasion. But the evasion is only 25 procent, are you sure that is enought?

People get 2 because it costs about the same as a level 4 item AND it gives you enough % bash to 'permabash'. Lots of people get 1 if they have lots of attack speed and 3 would take up too much space for an item as mediocre as this.

The reason they don't stack directly is because they are 2 seperate chances to bash. You may ask yourself "well then shouldn't you still get a better chance to bash?". You do, but they can proc at the same time which lessens your overall chance.

Those who already have bash ability (of any kind) should NOT buy this item and concentrate on IAS-and DD-items ffs!

I'm not too sure, Even thou Cranium Basher is not good item for TROLL for etc as he has got bashing ability already..but if you one on one him even his life only 20-30% and he got 2 bashers, you're still be bashed till dead..I tried b4...the opponent's HP from full to dead...can't do anything...better run if you see him with 2 bashers or 2 persons at least to gang him...just my experience...
