int mostly, unless their mana pool is incredibly large, then probably wont need it. some str and agi heroes use up loads of mana but hav a small mana pool too

i buy it for clinks and makes him tough enough 2 stay on the field when early herrased

This isn't so bad for Pudgy, he barely has enough mana to cast his entire combination line in the first place. And the HP and regen bonus work for him without an explanation.

if u really want life and regen get bloodstone it's sick if u kill a hero it enhances so awesome

Good for Lion, who can use both the HP and mana, but never get this for the HP alone--HoT is a much better value.
