Eul`s Scepter of Divinity

Eul, the creator of dota. This item was and is dedicated to him. Anyways, 6 charges is nice, but I kinda like 7 in the past..

This item is good for escaping or catching up to enemy heroes. Mostly used to make guinsoo's scythe. Usually people try to use up the charges of cyclone before making it into the scythe. You can combo it with spells such as death ward or other channeling ultimates that damage people around a certain area, activated close to when the duration of the cyclone is almost done.

cyclone seriously bugs me... one time a guy used 4 charges on me in a row while my tower was bein destroyed (the game over one). my other allies were dead

Cyclone, or voodoo with rhasta then do the wards then do that stun thingy where you keep leaking there hp so they cant move for smack =] = kill,


or techies, cyclone, place stun , place remote mine, another cyclone place stun place land mine or something liek that, =] skilled techies only tho

rhasta cant use this against u with his ulti, he can only use guinsoo which is made from cyclone stick

the thing is, you use cyclone as a setup for ward trapping. so 6 charges = 6 kills for you.

Nice item for Ezalor. Activate Eul's then after 2-4 secs then activate Illuminate and if the hero goes down because the cyclone effect of Eul's is worn off, then Illuminate the hero and if Ezalor has a Dagon, just Dagon that hero, about 75-80% chance that the hero is killed(especially Int and Agi type heroes).

perfect for Crix. Cyclone, go under, epicenter.

Ezalors Illuminate damage isnt that high. i will do some damage, but it wont kill anyone who has life above 1400 (illuminate + dagon)

can you refill charges on this?

What exactly Cyclone does???

if can hit the target when cycloned more better.....

some heroes look funny when cycloned, like centuar.

i got eul off a leaver's inventory, its pretty with tiny, good for chasing since tiny is so slow, its also great with his skill, stun/toss/cyclone, keeps them from running and allows ur skills to cooldown

is this item good for lich

not bad for lich but better for slow int heros for escaping and chasing pwns with rhasta i hate it when they put the wards around me and i can escape without killing them (how do you do that) i tried targeting but you are invunerable when cycloned

Re:rhasta yeah you you have 90% chance of escaping the wards once your trapped.. unless you hava a bkb or linkens in the start..

Euls Scepter is great in 6.50

Same price but it gives 20 movement speed and infinate cyclones. Ofcourse it gives the mana regen but the intelligence is reduced to 16.

now imba with unlimited cyclones

sorry but this maybe funny question but can u purge the cyclone so that the hero will released from the cyclone?

i've ever heard from my friend about this case but i've never tried it, i always forget to try it though.
also, can u grapple a hero on who is on a cyclone [with storm's ultimate skill]??

now when tides are turned Axe will build Eul's Scepter of Divinity instead of a Blink Dagger

I can't tell whether I like or dislike the changes in 6.50b

for 1... i get an extra bonus... +20ms
but that is far less important to the fact that I don't have charges on Euls anymore... i can infinitely spam it.

on the other hand... it is reduced to 3 second cyclone...and costs 800 gp for the recipe...ridiculous...
oh and the fact it doesn't make guinsoo any more? ....

i pawned with tinker uing this gave me time to rearm plus the +20 ms gave me better chance of escaping if back up comes

i think that it should have levels....like necro...

lvl 1: +16 int, +100% mana regen, +25 ms
lvl 2: +20 int, +120% mana regen, +30 ms
lvl 3: +24 int, +140% mana regen, +35 ms
lvl 4: +28 int, +160% mana regen, +40 ms

.....or something like that

also....forgot to mention that to do that the price per scroll should be raised to 1000....

40 movement speed is way too much.
I say if its gonna have lvl just have the speed be the same.

....for 6350 (if scroll costs 1000, else 5550) at lvl 4 you get: +28 int, +160% mana regen, +40 ms

....keep in mind that you are paying a lot of money to get that and its not like others can't get it either...

if you think this is imba then what about boots of speed: they cost way less, dont have much of a stat gain but have +65 ms (30 more), AND the also give you increased attack speed (which is worth like 5 times more per percent than mana regen)

lich can't escape when attacked by enemy bcoz he is to slow >_<

6350gold for +35ms??? its to small.. +50 or +60ms is better :p

i was thinking of adding +10 ms each lvl for a total of +50 ms at lvl 4....

u could implement that, but no one would improve it, just to get MS and a small intel and mana regen gain. probably only rhasta and techies would upgrade it if that idea was implemented

+20 Movement Speed

This is much better coz u don't have to bother saving the charges when it is needed to be used!... Unlimited Cyclone is much better!...

@dupnitzabg. the maximum ms in dota is 522.
bloodseeker only need power tread to reach the maximum speed
305 + 65 x 44% = 162,8
305 + 65 + 162 = 532,8
no need to upgrade this scepter on BS

@divine_raper. what if u r cased by a hero with nuke or blink????
u cast frost nova on him, he is slowed but he still can move n when the effect of frost nova is over he will get the normal speed again n he will caugth u up with all of his nuke.
u r dead n he is laughing at u then he would say ''u r the nub one here!!!''
its better to cast cyclone on that hero n then run with peace..
