Change it from 1.5x and 2x gold to something like: 20% chance to gain additional 10 gold per creep kill. 10% chance to gain additional 20 gold per creep kill.

@Ahbeng - Um...sorry, but theres no Hydras in dota. The creep worth most gold is Black Dragon, and he is worth 200 gold.

btw there is a hydra -sc (supercreeps) which is usually not played, neither pub, nor leaque. also i think its very balanced because it gets useless at end of game or for images/summoners or heavy spellcasters (zeus) because they dont get chrystalis usually...;)

@Talk to Frank - I know about that, but I just meant normal dota, without -sc. Nobody usses it. LAst time I used -sc was 2 years ago, and that was only for fun. I didnt know Ahbeng talked about that hydra....

And yes, I made this item the way i did, since most nukers wouldnt try to get it since they rush other items. Nevermore would profit from this since it gives him dps, crit, and help in his monster farming (with shadowwraze). ;)

I just dont see zeus geting any help from tis item, but the again maybe its just me. And never use on jugg because his crit is bigger and overrides the item's so If U crit last hit a creep there is a chance of 36% that U dont get extra gold because jug's crit will triger

An nice farming item and an good upgrade for Midias.But i find the crit an bit to good...meby it's joust me..

I'm considering making the recepie require 2xMidas, and increasing the AS to be 60% = 2xMidas, to make its cost somewhat higher. Also, amybe making it gice a set amount of extra gold per creep, but also give more extra gold if you kill a certain number of creeps whitin 5 sec or so...what do you think?

Great for farming... but i think the multipliers are too much.. does it stack with buriza or another critical skills and items?

i say that you should remove the double gold chance (80-120 is realy to much)

@quale - Nah, it would only work on creeps, since on heroes it could be more then 1000 gold if you stoped monster kill or godlike streak, and thats waaay too imba.

@all following posts: pls consider that hand of midas gives you additional money on wish...(or acive..) so you loose this and u are dependent on the additional money by % probably nerf it to 50% and also add a second hand of midas...(then noone hopefully has a reason to complain;))

creative flavor, the two HoM are kinda odd but kinda justify the high % for getting bonus gold

personally this is too expensive for a farming item (which it is imo). while it would accelerate your gold after you get it, you would still get your core item after your opponents do

I would recommend taking out the second HoM and just lowering the % for getting gold bonuses, you could also increase the damage a little so this might be comparable to battlefury or radiance

would it trigger off of a buriza crit or just its own crit?

6750 Gold cost, pretty expensive and now considered as a high tier item. is it worth it?

+60% IAS, +40 damage and critical: more like for DPS purposes. so this item is useful for heroes that has DPS style of fighting, in which most of them are AGI-types. INT and STR heroes will hesitate to buy this item if they'll plan to use this for farming purposes.

add MKB on "good combo items".

The main reason I'd get this item it for the Gold Touch, but with the current price it would probably only be able to be bought late-mid or late game where farming isn't AS prioritized.

Maybe change the percentages to fixed values and reduce the cost (take away the second HoM). That would make it easier to get earlier in the game when most people get Midas anyways.

your first creation of this item is good and i liked it already. but now, it becomes a very situational item. well, in my opinion.

I dunno, I think I'd only use this for major farming, and I don't really do that later in the game, which at the current price, is where I think I'd be able to get it. 6750 is a lot to farm for especially with your other items.

and if you kill with a critical make it 100% chance to get 1.75x the gold instead of 75% chance for 2x the gold.

but yeah, surprisingly cut back the price. without the midas thats roughly 5700..
and that is still a pretty hard thing to farm.

Actualy, without the other midas, its 4800, since midas is 550 + 1400 = 1950.

When you kill a creep, theres 55% chance that you will recive 1.5xNormal amount of gold for it. If you kill a creep by critical you have 75% chance to get 2xNormal gold.

If you say "Increase the price", it will be a late game item, and i bet you will not gonna farm too much at this rate of the game.
If you say "Lower the price" you're gonna let it too much imba, cause this item make a little bit easy to recover money. Since if let it to 4000, is just kill 4 or 6 Centaurs.

I'd say that you either take out the recipe scroll, or you take out one of the hand of midas'.

One this is done, it can be farmed fast enough to be useful, and then just decrease % chance to get bonus gold to around 30%. Good last hitters will kill at least 2-3 creeps per wave. Imagine this on pit, you kill almost every creep per wave with firestorm, and then this gets you sooo much gold >.

so I can't see the changelog but I know you changed it so I'll comment again

abilities look balanced, the % are low enough and the extra gold isn't too much, I like this newer version

as for the heroes, if their own paasive crit triggers and this item triggers, this item will override it, so I wouldn't recommend it on Mortred

for Juggs and Panda and BH, the crits are so close it won't really matter which procs

that being said though, Juggs and BH are hero killers, even in early game

they don't need to farm since they can get lots of gold from killing heroes instead

for troll and razor, I can see both of them getting this, especially troll, since they need some good items and then they just rape people late game

void should probably go in this category as well since he needs to farm a little bit

for zeus, lina, ts, nevermnore, jakiro, kardel, mirana, luna they all have good farming skills, the won't need this item to help, so I think they would rather go for buriza

instead since it will give more damage and will crit higher

meepo doesn't need to farm, he just needs to neutral a little and then rape people through lvl advantage

heroes who I think would benefit from it the most
Riki, Troll, Void, Clinkz, Spectre, BS (unless you want to rush Radiance)

Buriza isn't a good item to combine it with, since it already has a crit %
mjolnir/mealstrom are good since iaspd will cause chain lightning to trigger more

If you this item, then you will be rich. Gives x2 gold that means if you kill a neutral with 100+ gold then it will become 200.

i like it but i still think that 100% chance to get the extra gold if you kill on a crit.

hmmm,for me it is almost the same as Butterfly, but the only thing that differ is the Crit & the bonus gold you could get from the creeps. I'd rather choose Buriza with the Butterfly and replace the GOLDEN SWORD with MKB. Butterfly has a 30% chance to dodge an attack & 30% ATK SPD. MKB has 15% ATK SPD & 30% chance to deal 100 bonus DMG.

Why not change the "Passive: Critical Strike" to "basher", like Dark Terror's passive?? But just decrease the chance of the basher, like 15%?
It would be really useful for an AGI type with great ATK SPD. Especially when you get those combo items give above.

NO chars with crit need not get this, no matter how good it is. Great item idea, but a waste on heavy spellcasters because atkspeed and crit = not for them. And this is more of a help to heroes that have trouble farming, or to the heroes that this is obviously just amazing on, like razor. Lina shouldn't spend her cash on this.
