	Price: 3950 gold Description: A ring of extreme power, once weared by one of the gods, now lost most of its power, but still, its an incredible wepon if wielded by any mortal. 10hp/sec regen +3armor +5 armor 900 AoE devotion Aura +1.4mana/sec 900 AoE briliance aura +350 mana Active - Mana steal. Replenishes all alies mana pool in a 500 AoE by 175 while burning 75 mana to all enemies in a 700 AoE. If the enemies have less then 135 mana it burns all mana. If enemies have full mana it burns 150 mana. IF allies have less then 50 mana it replenishes 200 mana, If allies have less then 20 mana it replenishes 235 mana. 75 mana cost, 45 sec cooldown. Requires: Arcane Ring Ring of Health Ring of Health Ring of Basilius

Stats gain, perfect. but i think the price is not worth of the Mana Steal, Its quite confusing... haha.... but den... 9/10

needs a better background story, also you could be more original in making the item, you just chose all the items that had ring in them (and you forgot vladmimir's offeRING)

as for the stats it gives, they are okay
I can't think of any heroes who get both RoB and Arcane Ring

I do like how you added the mana burning effect, although I think you should take away some of the conditions, at least for your allies

very defensive, doesn't help in pushes either, so this item is for heroes who just need to survive and can rely on their own skills to do the rest

you need a discussion, talk about other item synergy, hero synergy, hero skill synergy

I think I might, might get this with Krobelus, start out with RoB, get RoH x2 and Energy booster form secret shop, then coma beack to base and make arcane then this

kinda creative, but not too mcuh, cool effects, balanced, NO DISCUSSION

First of all, I like the item.
Second, I dont like the story... take the time to make a cool item, why not make a cool story for it.
Third, this item would be ownage on Atropos/Pudge/Omni/Tiny.. you should talk about that sort of stuff.

good, a great supporting item for allies casting a good amount of spells and for enemies having their last mana for escape being drained

yeah, this is quite an expensive item for mana replenish and mana drain. i guess this is only useful when against a hero that has deadly spells but struggling for mana.

put a discussion, it'll make your item interesting.
